The Úbeda and Soler families start out in the cleaning textiles business.
1980
Ubesol is founded by José María Soler and Jorge Eduardo Úbeda as a company specialised in the manufacturing and commercialisation of textile products for household cleaning.
1998
Thanks to the quality of our products, Mercadona chooses us to manufacture mops and cleaning cloths under the Bosque Verde brand created by the supermarket two years beforehand.
2001
We become exclusive suppliers of Mercadona, the leading supermarket in Spain (now our only customer), inheriting its Total Quality Model as our business management paradigm.
2002
We open a new 11,200 m2 Hygiene plant for the manufacturing of wet wipes for personal care and household cleaning, increasing our staff to 67 employees.
2007
We build an automated logistics warehouse that enables us to reduce order times and to improve the logistical efficiency of our two productive plants: textile and hygiene.
2014
We develop our R&D&I department with the aim of consolidating it as a key pillar for the growth of the company by contracting highly qualified specialist professionals and investing in new instrumental equipment.
2017
We launch our new Bosque Verde Toilet Wipes, made from an innovative fabric with 100% natural cellulose fibres that disintegrate in water with all the environmental guarantees.
2019
We purchase a new high production line of wet wipes equipped with the leading machinery in Europe, and we begin to manufacture cloth face masks.
2020
Ubesol starts its internationalisation process in line with Grupo Ubesol’s new Strategic Plan 2020-2025.
Our Facilities
We have two manufacturing centres located in Atzeneta d’Albaida (Valencia) equipped with state-of-the-art technology and boasting a high production capacity that enables us to constantly enhance our and our clients’ competitiveness. Our automated logistics warehouse spans almost 7,000 m2 and has a storage capacity of up to 20,000 pallets.
